How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

In Stock Orders - If the merchandise is in stock then we will ship it out to you within 48 hours.

Out of Stock Orders - If the merchandise is not in stock, we will email you within 24 hours as to anticipated shipping date.

How Do I Return My Merchandise?

Merchandise must be returned within 10 Days of Receipt and meet the following criteria:

1. Merchandise must be in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. There will be a restocking fee of 10% applied to all returned merchandise.

3. Merchandise must not be scratched, dented, soiled or damaged due to use.

4. A copy of your original invoice must be enclosed with the return.

5. Merchandise must be returned via pre-paid UPS or US Mail.

6. All Sales are FINAL on Merchandise that is on SALE!

7. Customer is responsible for returned shipping and initial shipping charges.

What If My Merchandise is Damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, send an email to contactus@ShopNationGear.com  within 30 days of delivery. Please supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. 

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Can I Get My Merchandise Autographed by JR?

We do apologize; however, we do not offer autographed items on this site.
